Hi, I'm Seth Lyon.

I'm a trauma specialist and modern medicine man based in Vancouver, Canada. If you want to discover how to turn all those stuck and painful places in your body, psyche and life into new, vibrant energy, you're in the right place.

My Mission

I believe that every one of us has a unique, authentic presence within, and incredible gifts to offer the world, but so often this light gets buried by unresolved trauma and suffering. I found mine by doing this work, now I want to help you find yours too.
